CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
Unfortunately all bags made of this clear material get cloudy spots, in particular on the inside if there is limited airflow, like inside the flat Lux style. Below are some instructions for cleaning. While these clear bags never look perfectly clear, it does help once there are actually items inside and more airflow between the plastic layers!
You will need:
• A soft, lint-free cloth
• Warm water
• Mild dish soap or baby shampoo
• Small bowl
Instructions:
• Create a Cleaning Solution: In your small bowl, mix a small amount of mild dish soap or baby shampoo with warm water. Be careful not to use too much soap, as this can leave a residue on your makeup bag.
• Clean the Bag: Dip your soft, lint-free cloth into the cleaning solution and wring out any excess water. Gently wipe the surface of your makeup bag with the cloth. Work in small sections! Don't miss corners and crevices!
• Dry: Once you've finished cleaning, wipe the bag just with warm water and be sure to remove all traces of soap or shampoo. Any excess residue can cause further cloudiness. Finally, dry the case completely with a dry and clean cloth. You can also leave your makeup bag to air dry, but be sure to place it in a well-ventilated area.
