Before You Start
Please review item descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing. Many of our products are limited edition, and we keep our return policy intentionally strict to help us continue offering unique designs as a small business.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale items
- Seasonal items
- Pre-orders
- Stickers
- Cards
- Art prints
- Pins
- Patches
- Balsa items
- Jewelry
- Individual straps
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your return must be initiated through our return portal within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be new, unused, and in original condition.
- Original packaging must be included when applicable.
- Please include your name and order number inside your package.
Returns sent without approval through our return portal or without contacting us first may be refused or returned at your expense.

Return Shipping & Fees
- A $9.99 return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Returns over 3 lbs will incur an $11.99 label fee.
- For West Coast, Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders, the actual return shipping cost may be deducted due to significantly higher shipping expenses.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a return label has been issued through our portal, the label fee will still be deducted even if you choose to ship the package yourself, as we incur the cost when the label is created.
Late Returns
Returns submitted after the 14-day window may be accepted at our discretion.
- Up to 60 days: 10% restocking fee
- More than 60 days: 20% restocking fee
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be free of:
- Signs of use
- Odors
- Pet hair or human hair
- Glitter
- Personal belongings
Items must also be packaged appropriately for return shipment. If inadequate packaging causes damage, excessive creasing, or requires additional labor to restore the item to sellable condition, a cleaning or restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.
Items that require cleaning or restoration may be accepted with a 10% cleaning/restocking deduction. Items that cannot be restored to like-new condition will be returned to you at your expense or donated if return postage is not paid within four weeks.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, simply place a new order and return the unwanted item through our return portal within 14 days.
Need a different size strap? Purchasing a replacement strap is often more economical than returning the original.
Defective or Missing Items
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery before starting a return if your item is defective or missing.
Photos or video of defects are required. In many cases, we can send a replacement without requiring the original item to be returned.
If you start a standard return before contacting us about a defect, normal return label fees will still apply.
Some products may qualify for our 6-month replacement warranty after the initial 14-day period.
Lost or Missing Deliveries
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us within:
- 14 days (contiguous U.S.)
- 30 days (Alaska, Hawaii, and international)
If you purchased optional package insurance at checkout, please contact us within 7 days if your order arrives damaged or does not arrive so we can assist with your claim.
We observe a two-week waiting period before replacing qualifying missing shipments, as most delayed packages are ultimately recovered or delivered.
Promotional Orders
If your purchase included a promotion (such as Buy One Get One 50% Off), refunds will be adjusted to reflect the discount received if qualifying items are returned.
Orders that qualified for discounted shipping promotions may have the promotional shipping discount deducted if more than 50% of the order is returned.
Purchases from Retail Stores
Items purchased from authorized retailers must be returned through that retailer and are subject to their return policies.
